It is frustrating that we could not bring our own food. We have severe allergies and being charged extra to accomodate this is frustrating. An hour of jump time also did not seem like enough for the price of having the party there - all of the kids wanted to jump more.

i scheduled my party a week before January 19 and i was not told of closing hours changes until a hour and half before my party. The pizza was horrible and i feel like you should tell your customers what kind of pizza they are paying for especially if they decide to add on more to they package.

The process for check-in was slow and not well organized. I waited in line for several minutes not knowing what area of the counter to proceed to, and then when I was finally called on, that person couldn't help me so I had to wait even longer. Also, I had emailed someone at Sky Zone a list of the jumper names and it was not included with my party information when I arrived. I used a Groupon and socks for the number of jumpers included in the Groupon (12) were automatically added to the invoice. Despite asking that they be taken off before the party date, they were still on there and I had issues explaining that not all kids needed socks, so I should only be changed for the # of socks I actually needed to purchase. The best part was that the Party Host designated to our party was fantastic. He was friendly, personable and professional. I wish I remembered his name!

It was not explained to us that jump time was an hour from the 10:30 start time. we were waiting for a couple more kids to show up who did not and so our jump time was cut short by at least 15 minutes. The time in the birthday party room was much too long, more jump time would have been preferred.

When checking in the manager asked if they could extend our jump time for another half hour because our party room would not be ready. We happily agreed but then it never happened and then we were rushed out of our party room15 minutes early due to a party immediately after us.

I wasn't highly satisfied because the gift bags for the price I paid could use more than two gifts in them. and the yoyo being broken was just not fair. The children were disappointed as I was too for the money that I Put

Check in should have been easier. The pizza was just okay, I wouldn’t put spices on top of a pizza for kids.

Highly satisfied with the jump area. The birthday room was not clean, broken bench and the pizza and pop where horrible

The big disappointment was the pizza. It was not good quality at all. For the price we paid, it would have been better to get pizza from a company that makes it (Dominoes, Hungry Howies, Buddy's).
