When we go there the communication at check I. Was iffy.... I wasn’t sure what was expected of me.... I spent at least 5 minutes with no instructions...

The tables in the concessions area were all dirty and had sticky pop all Over them

I booked the party online, didn't get a phone call until 6 days before the party to confirm. The girl I spoke with didn't seem to know how to speak on the phone. The person that checked us in was fantastic but SWAMPED. Our party hostess was fine but didn't really seem to know what to do. Our veggie tray was lost and then found. The party was fine and the kids were happy but I didn't really feel like anyone knew what was going on. In my teens I ran bday parties so I know how to time these parties. I just don't think people are really trained for them here. And the pizza is terrible! Not one of the kids liked it, had to buy them all pretzels. $300 for a party and then the pizza was awful.

I was completely satisfied except my pizza was burnt...my party host brought another one though.

I was quoted one price and the discount originally was not honored but once a manager came it was honored. I appreciate how issues were resolved quickly. The party host did nothing but serve food and I even did half of it.

I set up the party online and it didnt shownup in the system when I called. The pizza was decent. Outside of this everything else was fine.

Overall the kids had fun. Jumping is the best part. The party room was freezing cold. The thermostat said 62. The kids were so cold we asked to use the picnic table outside the room to open presents. They allowed us to do this but defeated the purpose of having the private room. We served our own food. We had the pizza served by the time the attendant came in. Once she was in she offered help then left and came back every 15 min. The pizza is terrible. Seems like an easy fix if you just order out. Two of the three pizzas were burnt in spots and taste like cardboard. I found the attendant before leaving to tell her we were al set. Then we stood by the front counter for 15 min. Waiting on a parent. Then on the way home attendant called to say we had to settle the bill. I assumed this was automatically charged to the file but seems she was supposed to follow up on this and didn’t. No big deal, I told them just to charge card on file. Our third birthday party there and probably the least favorite. Other than the jumping area which the kids loved.

The pizza was terrible. They were late putting it in. Then two pizzas got burned so they had to remake them. They were smaller than expected and not enough to feed everyone even though I bought an extra pizza. I was told there were 12 slices in a pizza when there were only 8.

food is awful

Pizza was not good at all. Our host Rachel was awesome and very helpful.
