Jump time is one hour and the time in the party room is one hour. I would be more satisfied if the kids could still jump during that second hour. (After presents cake and food)

I asked for the pizzas for the party to be double cut since most of the guests were children under 8 and the party was not at a meal time and was even asked a second time to confirm that’s what I wanted and it was not done. At the point when the pizzas were already in the party room and our coordinator was getting ready to serve it he said “ oh, the pizza wasn’t cut like u wanted” at that point I said “don’t worry about it”. But it would have been nice if it was completed correctly the first time.

I was surprised at the cost of the event. I requested a quote on the phone, and was surprised with a different amount at the end of the party (over 100 dollars different than the phone) Also, several of my guests were dissatisfied with the areas that 4 year olds were supposed to play in. They were told that 4 year olds were only allowed in certain areas, but there was obviously smaller kids in all of the areas.

We were overall highly satisfied with the experience. There were a couple things that may not have been flawless, like we didn’t get the ice cream brought into the party, but I forgot about it until it was too late too. The party hostess was super great with every other detail and really awesome with the kids. The amount of activities and options of what to do was perfect. Everyone had a remarkable time. Cost was high, but comparable to other party places. It ended up feeling worth it. I like how the deposit is a good chunk of the cost which makes it easier to pay for in the end I guess. 😊

Overall experience was good but the time limit for the price paid does not sit well with me.

Overall it was a great experience. The only thing was checking in for the bday party--for a Saturday two people should work that area. The girl who did it, was fantastic but she could have used some help.

The restrooms were dirty and two stalls were out of order. The concession seating area is cramped and hard to walk through. The noise level was so loud that we could hardly hear each other speak. My party host was amazing, though. He was great with the kids and very helpful and friendly.

I wish check in was a bit easier. I would have loved for pictures of the birthday boy, and also the amount of time check in took was a bit much. I felt overwhelmed having to host and not being able to see my son jump.
