While the experience and ease of having a birthday party there was great, the cost really gets up there for 10+ kids! Especially if they are only jumping for 1 hour.

I was told that I would be able to order food throughout the whole time of the party, we experienced a shortage of pizza and was told I could not order another one as we were in the room already.

There was a long wait to check in and the lady kept going in the back so every time another guest came in they also had to wait for a long time

The kids barely have time to jump, they sat in the room for an hour with nothing to do. It would be nice to have a set area for parents during the jump time as well. We asked for water when we checked in and were told they would give us a pitcher and no one brought one out. When I finally went to the concession area and asked for a water for my son, I was told he could drink from the fountains and that he was not able to have a cup. The people in the concession area were not attentive at all. I stood there for 5 minutes almost waiting for them to even acknowledge me. Definitely not worth the 300 dollars for a party.
