The stafff was extremely professional and friendly from first inquiring about a party, to actually getting the party in place and successfully hosting. It was all made so easy and stress free by the staff. Thank you!

The place was very opened. The party host SHAQ was amazing. The customer service was on point as well.

I think the toddler area needs more. It so simple. They need to get toddlers mind thinking.

It was a great overall experience. My friend bought tea at the concession stand that was bad. The team member didn't seem to know that tea goes bad... They said it was brewed on Friday.. and we drank it on Sunday. There probably needs to be something done about that... But other than that it was great

Staff was super friendly, the place was clean. It was well organized. Manager Natasha gave great details over the phone on everything that was gonna go on at party.

Very friendly party host . My child was very pleased with his party. It was very easy to book a party and very clean facilities. Loved the way the party host was very attentive towards us .
