First birthday party at sky zone was terrific. I am a busy mom of 6 kids and appreciated the fact that I did little to no work on the day of the party. Kids had a blast and left with full tummies and great memories.

Shaq our assistant was great! Always enough room for all the kids to play. Not over crowded. All employees are overly helpful.

Everything went very smoothly for my daughters birthday partying. The staff and our host were great. Everyone had a good time.

I messed up the jump time for the party but the staff was able to accommodate me. I had a party for my 12 year old son and everything went well. Good food, great staff, clean, fun, and I was able to not have to stress out as a party host!

My biggest complaint. Only complaint honestly is that we had to wait to use the room till the kids were done playing, making mom and I scramble to find a table or chair somewhere, instead of using the room we paid for. Don’t get me wrong I understand that’s how you do it but in my opinion if I purchase a room I should get the room for the entire 2 hours. Either than that Shaq was the man. He was polite and courteous, very attentive, found something him and the whole party could relate to and even did fortnight dances with all the kids. He made the experience to be honest and im grateful he was our host. Thank you Shaq you are the man.

Everything that was expected was delivered as promised. Children enjoyed themselves, with zero incidents and my party host was phenomenal!!!

The party package was great but the room availability was very disappointing.. our guests felt rushed to exit and it was hard for all the parents to hang in the same area due to not having enough seating in one spot. I feel the rooms should be available for the duration of the party. For that reason, it is unlikely I will do a part in the future but our hosts, Hailey and Ayla were very attentive and helpful!
