Kids had fun, staff took care of everything even with some minor confusion .

Our birthday room host was great with the kids. It was his 11th birthday party and it went flawlessly.

Party packages are a little pricey but overall everything else was awesome and perfect

As the parents I wish we were given our parent jumping pass for our sons birthday party. My husband wanted to jump with our son and was told he wasn’t able to and that we should have asked for our parent pass upon arrival. I don’t think we should have to ask for something that is already apart of the package. We did pay $400 and neither me or my husband were able to jump with our son. Also my son didn’t get his “goodie bag” that was apart of our package.

We ordered three pizzas for our party. They were dry and didn’t taste good at all.

I feel the party portion could be organized. I didn’t know what to do when I got there and no one communicated what we needed to do. Kids were all over the place and it was hard to find our entire party

The food was really bad. We ordered 5-14 dollar pizza and it was really bad. I was told you guys supply all party thing, like knives for cake and things like that, but an ice cream scoop was not supplied. Also when we got the room there was trash like water bottles left behind, so I cleaned it up.

The party room are smelt like dirty diaper disguised with Lysol. Very gross. The floors were sticky and dirty. New cups needed for parties for easier use for little kids. good pizza and a great time had by all!

The price is too high for the amount of jump time. The toddler area is too boring for my 3 year old. The jump time is not long enough.

I was happy with host. Very disappointed not being told at check in, once you have sticker, go jump. We were standing around wasting time not knowing that. Also, the pizza was horrible, burned. I didn’t address it at that moment but the adults all said it. Over cooked. The host was great. Even at check in nice but the price of pizza to quality, not good.
