Faith was awesome

Our party of 12 had a blast! I can't remember the name of our party hostess but she was excellent! I like not having to worry about decorations and plates.

The facility was extremely clean. Staff was very friendly and respectful. All guest commented on how much they enjoyed everything about the party.

The efficiency of your establishment is amazing. Really appreciated how easy it was to check in and get all fifteen kiddos taken care of. The room looked incredible and the kids had a blast. One suggestion, for a party that large have double pitchers available and add water always. Most of our kiddos wanted water :).

The team members were so nice! The birthday room was awesome! The customer service was the best ever!

My son really loved his party! I did pick the glow party time! But it must of have switched when booking. I am not mad at all because my family and the Birthday Boy had a amazing time. The bathroom was dirty! But I managed. We most definitely wel book again!

Fantastic staff, loved the newer attractions, and everyone seemed to be safe and having a blast!

I liked the ease of everything. I was called a couple days ahead and told how everything would work. Once checked in, my party host (Emalie) explained everything again. She was extremely helpful in the party room, setting everything up and serving everyone. She was great and everyone there was extremely nice.
