In the times that we are in I was expecting to see limited amount of people allowed in or a mask requirement and their were neither. My part kept our masks on, but I was seeing kids running around sneezing on stuff.

The pizza was cold and nasty. Should go with another company. The check in process was time consuming and needs to be more organized.

The problem was in one area of the facility, there was no worker monitoring the zone. A few young boys were in a foam pit throwing out all the foam squares. They threw out so many foam squares that the boys were sitting on the very bottom of the trampoline spring. My kids could not use the foam pit because the boys had commandeered it and were throwing foam squares at my kids. I had to go and find a worker to report the situation. The worker I told seemed unconcerned with the situation. Eventually, someone did show up to tell the boys to stop throwing all the foam squares out of the pit. Also, the trapeze bar and the zip line were both closed for most of our time at Sky Zone because there were not enough workers around to supervise. These two zones were on what my kids wanted to go on most. So, we paid a lot of money and did not get to go on the equipment we came to use. That is frustrating. There seem to be a lot of workers behind the desk or monitoring the basketball nets; maybe some of those workers could spread out and open up all of the jump facilities that Sky Zone advertises it has.

I was not highly satisfied with my birthday party experience because the host did not have drinks available at the time of eating. Kids were thirsty and parents attending the party started buying their own drinks. The drinks did not arrive until kids had finished eating their pizza.

The communication was poor. We had ordered 5 pizzas and only received 4. No one tried to resolve that issue. The soda machine wasn't working properly. The hostess wasn't very helpful so I ended up doing most of the work for my own party. It just wasn't what I expected from the amount of money I spent on a party. The kids had fun but I still was unable as the parent to just sit back and take pictures because I had to do most of the work for the party hostess because she wasn't prepared and was unhelpful.

I’m happy because my kid was happy. However I did not want to have party at sky zone my boy did. One of main reason was zip line which ended up being closed. The other issue 2 pizzas in limited drinks may want to consider 3 pizzas when ur hosting party for 10 kids where people are paying over $300

Abigail was our hostess and she did an awesome job. Energetic, friendly and made all the kids feel welcomed.
