There were yound kids and the personnel didn't supervise the oldest guys that jumped in a dangerous way....

Party went well but staff member in party room was not properly equipped. I had to use plastic forks I brought since the room only had spoons. Ran out of lemonade as only one pitcher was in the room.

The employee we had for the party room was super helpful and nice. We have ordered extra pizzas but they were not there and the staff were super accommodating and apologized for the inconvenience. My son had a blast for his birthday.

My sons birthday was great. All the kids had a blast. If I was to put highly satisfied on the survey then nobody would have anything to work toward. All the employees did a good job and were very friendly.

Our party host, although he was 30 minutes late, was kind and accommodating. The booking of the party was entered wrong and we were not given the private dodgeball area until I asked, the manager immediately remedied it, but another team member, 15 minutes later, made our children leave because it wasn't "in the system" for us to be there, although my reciept clearly showed we had ordered it and partially paid for it. Kids had a blast, but frontline staff was unorganized and uninformed. Manager was kind and understanding and gave a partial refund for the time taken from the private jump. We felt rushed to leave our party room.

There were a lot of options for different age groups. I love that you've added the swing, Zipline and other fun things on that area. I think it's great that there's more to do than just jumping.👍🏼

The birthday party was expensive which I knew going in but please at socks to the bundle party price. I’m paying for the party package and was still asked to leave a tip. I felt this should be included in the total package. Also, I had quite a few young children that just needed there parents close by and I was still charged for the adults that jumped.

Everything was fine and the kids had a great time, it’s just an expensive experience for a party, not to say that it’s not worth it. I was thrown off at the end of the party when I was paying and the girl checking me out asked if I wanted to tip the party hostess and stated most people tip 15-20%. That’s $40! I gave her $10, because like I said, it’s already an expensive venture. I don’t think the girl checking me out thought that was a good amount.

Everything was ok with our visit, nothing wrong per se other than a slight snafu when we originally checked in, however that was quickly handled. There was just nothing to make it extra good. Everyone did just their job, the party hostess was ok but not real interactive with the kids and seemed to go through the motions more than enjoy her job.

The party and most of the staff were great. However, our party host was not very engaging. She didn't explain much to us, other than where to put our stuff, check in, and where the party room was - nothing about the rules, jumping, etc. Also, in the party room, she served the kids, but was inattentive to any adults in the room. Furthermore, she lit the candle without our party-goers being aware we were ready to sing "Happy Birthday." She was okay, but not engaging or fun.
