I upgraded in advance and did not receive the extra pizza and drinks. Had to ask for it and still did not receive pizza so we were short food for the guests. It was not explained properly that parents had to pay to jump with the toddlers under 2. This ended up costing us more money.

The cost to value ratio on jump time was disappointing. One hour for a birthday party just wasnt enough time. For nearly $500, with 14 jumpers, the kids were disappointed when their hour was up.

Great service and very friendly. Used the adult massage chairs while the kids jumped. Great idea

Our hostess was very helpful but she didn’t have enough experience. We had a room change at last minute, and have to ask several times for items we bring to party that weren’t there. We didn’t play the wheel at the beginning, just found out the next day reviewing the party items offered.

The young man who was in charge of my daughter’s birthday party was very overwhelmed! This is our 3rd party at Sky Zone and in the past there has always been 2 girls full time assisting during the time in party room to serve the kids and cut the cake. Yesterday my family and I had to do the serving bc the young man was too overwhelmed. He had to keep running out to help another Sky Zone employee who was new. It was just not as organized as it has been in the past.

Checking in was very vague. Jump locations were never specified. Check out was a nightmare. That is an issue that definitely needs addressed.

Not enough time given for a child’s birthday party in the party room. 40 minutes is totally too short. Pizza was mediocre.

Took forever to get checked in
