The entire park was clean and organized. Our parent room was very spacious and clean. Our party assistant was the sweetest and most helpful employee I’ve dealt with in a long time. My little girl had an amazing time for her birthday and everyone was so satisfied with everything! Compliments, compliments, compliments!!!

Staff met us at the door, took care of all belongings and party, and explained to each of our guests as they arrived exactly what to do. I checked in and out at group services with ease and was informed if what to do there as well. All of our guests had lots of fun.

We had a joint birthday party for cousins over the weekend at Sky Zone and it was a wonderful experience. Our pizza was late due to the pizza company not having an extra driver but we were not even charged for the pizza and they did very well to communicate with us and keep us updated. The kids enjoyed the extra jump time. Our party host, Faith, was amazing and it was very evident that she enjoyed her job and made it as easy as possible for us parents. Thank you again for a terrific party! We will be back!

The host was very friendly and helpful. The price for the value was amazing. My sons birthday was great and super easy since skyzone did the decorating and put out everything and did clean up too.
