Faith was very helpful with the details and oversight of our birthday party on the day of the event and the entire staff were very helpful and friendly from booking the party to checking in, etc. My son had a very fun and memorable 13th birthday party with his friends.

Staff were friendly and very attentive. They helped with any questions we had and the price for what we got was better than what we expected!

The young girl that helped me in the party room - I’m so upset that I can’t remember her name- was a phenomenal party host. She was so attentive and she made the day so much fun. She didn’t know this but this was my son’s first actual birthday party and she made it the best day for him.

The kids had a great time and all the staff members were friendly courteous and kind. The manager is the one who help me check out from the birthday party and she really made sure that I was completely satisfied. Jessica our birthday attendant was really helpful with the kids
