The party host was so patient with a room full of 11-12 year old boys as they can be wild children. Also, I had to bring my 2 year old with us to the party and the boys that were in charge of their “zones” in the jumping area made sure the little ones were very safe jumping around the bigger kids. I was very impressed with that.

The kids had a great time and the party was great. Very easy and stress free!

Fantastic time at the event, but I felt the price was too high. Employees were super friendly and helpful, and went over and above to help us. Would definitely recommend it to others, but the price will certainly keep some away. Doubt we can afford this again.

I was satisfied with the Sky Zone experience for our son’s birthday party. The host was so friendly and went the extra mile for us. Her name is FAITH. Everything in the party schedule went so smooth and we transitioned from playing to the party room so flawlessly. E Rey thing was decorated great!! It was pricey, but I do appreciate how friendly and great everyone on staff was. Thank you

HIGHLY satisfied with our party experience. Our attendant was phenomenal. Couldn't have asked for more from her. She was very attentive and exceeded all of our expectations. When I approached the concession area to request a service for our party (while the attendant was printing our group photo, which is a great idea btw), 4 different team members acknowledged my presence but not one of them approached me to see what I was in need of. I stood there forever and when our party attendant came out and saw me standing there, she addressed my needs immediately. It was a bit frustrating considering the amount of money we paid to utilize the facility for the day... overall, our experience was wonderful and the minor setback didn't affect our experience negatively, just delayed the party.

There was no work to be done on my part. The Sky Zone employees took care of everything. It was so easy, and the kids had a great time.

It was easy to book the party online. My son had fun picking the colors for the party decor, and the flavors of the drinks/food online ahead of time. Jordan was so very helpful the entire time. The entire process was stress-free. The pizza vender mixed up a pizza order, but Sky Zone discounted that pizza from my total price.

Our hostess was professional and clear with her instructions. She asked questions and checked on us. She explained to the guests what they needed. It was excellent!
