The hosts that helped out in our party room were fantastic. Eddie and Izzy at the Van Nuys location were awesome. They went out of their way to help in any way possible and even drew the cutest sign on the door with our child’s name in the spaceship theme of the party. They really exceeded my expectations

Variety of areas to have fun in.

Everything is fantastic, the team, the play areas BUT THE RESTROOMS are just awfully dirty and disgusting. The boys bathroom were to throwing up... I am sorry to put it this way.... we have videos and pictures of the urine all over toilets. We checked the bathrooms before all our guests arrived so I just thought they would get cleaned... one hour later I came back and they were still dirty... your place rocks... but you need to find a good cleaning/maintenance lady to go around... you have so many people coming to your place that it is a shame that this even happens... for this I give you an 8 instead of a 10
