Excellent customer service at check in and the host!

From the time I booked the reservation with Samantha to the time the party ended, everything went smoothly. All the children in our party had a good time. The facilities were clean. The birthday party room was nicely set-up. Our host, Robert, was so pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. The only downside to this experience was that we all felt that one hour jump time was not enough. Maybe you could offer 30 minute increments for a minimum additional fee.

The young gentlemen who helped our daughter’s birthday pack were very helpful and kind. They were attentive and overall awesome!

The team members were very helpful and professional. They helped us set up the room and checked on us several times. They were nice to the kids.

Our hosts where very friendly , Xiomara and I forgot out other host’s name , but they were just super friendly and efficient .
