Some of the drinks I brought to give out with the goody boxes were obviously not transferred properly. I found them on the bottom of the stairs! The host didn’t even notice, but luckily I ended up only missing 1.

Overall experience was good. Party host were great. My party was over $1000 and my food that I served my quest was cold. It was a real shame.

I was really satisfied with everything except the following: 1) I did not like that there wasn't a direct line to reach people at Skyzone. I had to leave a message and just wait for someone to call me back which was hard with work. 2) I thought it was really expensive. I got the highest package for our party and I think I paid almost $1K. I think for the highest package there should be no jumper limit - I shouldn't be charged after a certain number. 3) I think 2 hours is really too short. I think the parties should be for 3 hours. 4) The room was really tight - I think we should of had more space.

There is a disconnect between the call center and the local location. I could not get information about the safety of the food for my son with food allergies. We brought his food, but it turned out we didn't need to. The dominoes pizza that was served was safe for him, but the call center couldn't tell me what it was. I had also not been informed about parent passes and I was including all parents in the party size. Our host (Jessica) and the manager were fantastic in working with us on reducing the party size based on the number of kids we had at the party. It all ended up great, but a little bit more communication between the site and the call center would help.

The lack of ability to communicate directly with a customer service person other than leaving a message and waiting for someone to call back is maddening! Madison is THE ONLY professional and proficiently capable employee working the call center! Jen at Van Nuys was beyond fantastic!

Trying to get a hold of customer service for information leading up to the party was sub par. I had to call nearly 20 times for someone to answer the phone, after calling multiple times I decided to drive to sky zone so I can actually talk to someone. Once I got there, Lorena was amazing, but calling and trying to get a hold of someone on the main line was horrible.

The AC was broken and the facility was extremely busy. Kids and adults were hot and uncomfortable. NO moves were made to compensate us for the lack of air conditioning. This would make me think twice about having another party at SkyZone.
