Becca, our point person for the birthday party, was wonderful to work. However, it's a huge racket that you sell awful food and then charge us if we want to bring in our own. Also, and this isn't a huge deal, but our leftover cake never made it into the car with our other extras.

The kids had a blast. The waivers were really a problem. People had filled them out BEFORE getting there but it wasn't on record. Then they filled it out again there. And there were still issues with the kid showing up. Also, I wish that one of us parents had gone up before hand to help decorate so that we could have made things a little more clear.

I had a birthday party, pizza was delivered late, my guests were hungry, the pizza was no longer hot. I was given extra time in room which was expected . We were also offered extra jump time after party but that would have been too late, kids were gonna be picked up at the time party was supposed to end. Our host was great but it was really unfortunate that the food was late and no longer hot. Not sure who dropped the ball there but either way I really appreciate the excellent service the host gave us.

Check in was too long. Socks were not distributed soon enough to people who had already checked in online so they still waited in line. Also I was asked in the middle of my birthday party to go and pay for the balance which is not right.

I was told my son birthday party will be able to use dodgeball area it wasn’t open when I was there. It opened after the party ended. Not satisfied about that.

The food was cold & the pizza was the the quality food I was expecting. I will really recommend you changed there are other carriers that do better pizza thank u also the balloons they should be in the package w/ the party not $ one dollar x every single balloon thank u I hope yuo change the company x the pizza .

The check in process was chaotic. The pizza you are forced to get is gross. They forgot to give us our free two hour passes.

The team members were not consistently present until about 1-1.5 hours into the birthday. They were truly helpful then, but I had to keep finding someone to provide plates, then napkins, then cups. It was annoying. Also, the room was not set up when we came in. Decorations were being put up as my guests were in the room. I didn't like that at all!! When they transferred the cake to the cart it got lopsided and wasn't pretty looking. Your invitations were horrible. The way that it is designed isn't quite user friendly. People didn't realize that they have to click on the orange banner. It just looks like it's part of the invite and not a button to click. I basically had to talk to each of my guests to teach them how to rsvp, and this is after one of your employees had helped me by sending out an explanatory email. Some of the emails also came back as invalid addresses which I wouldn't have known about because it didn't show up on my screen but rather your employee's screen only.

The areas that used to be great options for younger jumpers no longer exist. One bag that contained 2 goodie bags/cups I had brought was lost.
