Our party attendants- Jonathan and Autumn were fantastic. They were wonderful with the children and the children really liked them. They were proactive and helpful and generous and really interested that everyone had a good time.

The hosts, the front office staff, the equipment, and facilities were exceptional. The food was far better than we anticipated as well. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.

The party was fantastic. Host was amazing. If we we do another party we’d probably cut down on the amount of jump time. The 5/6 year olds were pretty exhausted after 45 minutes.

Highly recommend TJ, very professional very welcoming. Took his time to keep up on us and explained everything on what was happening when it was happening. Very very satisfied by the awesome customer service from him.

The two staff members that assisted with the party were fantastic and very friendly/attentive. Last time we had pizza in the Norwalk location it was terrible; the pizza at our party was very good. Facilities were clean and equipment looked great.
