Our party host was wonderful! He was really attentive and was great with the kids. The place was clean and was a lot of fun. It was definitely worth the price.

Our son’s birthday party was a smashing success! The Sky Zone team was so friendly and helpful from the moment we stepped foot in the door. Everything was so well organized and went so smoothly. All of the kids had a wonderful time! Our host Nick went above and beyond to make our son’s birthday party memorable!

Our host, Autumn, was excellent. She handled set up of the party room very well and was very engaged with the children, keeping an eye on them and making nice conversation with them in the party room. We were very impressed by her, the staff and how well organized the party process was overall.

Johnathan, our party host, was so awesome. He was energetic, enthusiastic, and had such a great attitude, especially considering he had to deal with 13 hyper boys! He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. We will definitely be coming back and recommending our friends to do a party at Skyzone Bethel. Also the girls that handled the booking process were extremely nice and helpful. I wish all businesses had this level of friendliness and customer service. Great job, Skyzone!

Autumn was incredible. Such a nice girl. But everyone there is great!

Our attendant, Jessica, was extraordinary. She was attentive at all times and made the entire event run smoothly. There was also not one part that was too crowded for our guests to enjoy themselves.

We booked a birthday party for my daughter-- was a little difficult getting through to anyone by phone, but we were finally able to book and have questions answered, etc, after having to call a few times. The party went well and the kids had a good time, party host was very helpful, but the check-in process was a little chaotic due to a few other parties starting at the same time. One of the employees wound up grabbing a gift from one of our guests and accidentally gave it to one of the other birthday parties (our guest says the employee didn't ask who the gift was for, they just grabbed it and left with it, so she assumed they knew what they were doing.) Later on we figured out that the gift was missing and I called the call center to see if the Bethel, CT location had found an extra gift that was left there. The other family who had received the gift in error was nice enough to bring the gift that was mistakenly given to their son back to Bethel (the Disney princess bag probably was the first clue that this gift was not intended for their son) and I had to go pick it up, which was a huge inconvenience. Just seemed like a careless error due to chaotic check-in process.

kids did not get to use all of the rooms available. missed out on dodgeball and the wall climb. Some disorganization of flow and where kids should go to maximize fun in all the rooms.

Many things went extremely well. I was overall satisfied with the experience. Some of the guests had difficulty checking in; they were not told to drop off presents, for example. The team member assigned to my party was essentially absent for most of the jump time. She didn't notice during checkin when some of the new kids, not knowing they needed to wait, ran off and began jumping. I had to find them and return them to the group. She disappeared completely during the jump time. No problems came up, and we were allowed to play wherever we wanted, but it would have been nice to know where she was if we did have problems. She was present and attentive in the party room and quickly retrieved water when it was absent.

We had a great time at Grayson’s Birthday. Julia was great! My only complaint is that I wish the staff was a bit tougher enforcing the rules. I had to jump in quite a bit reminding these 7 year olds not to jump on each other! I had to be eyes on the whole time... everything else was great and we look forward to celebrating our older son’s birthday there in a few week’s!
