During planning team members were very polite, helpful and respectful! My only issue was with a particular staff member who wasn’t friendly on giving rules.

The price, the team members and the fun! My daughter had a blast at her birthday party! We received a bunch of compliments on how great the party was.

We always like skyzone, it’s clean and the kids just love the bounce and there is something for all 5 of my children’s age groups so I can go with al 5 and they all love it! The older ones love dodgeball

One of our shoes were misplaced and one of the workers when found said well you have it now.

One of the team members was not nice with the kids. She has no patience and should do something else. It s an issue when you come with 20 kids that you can play al together dodgeball and that you have to pay extra if you want all of them to play together.

I thought the birthday party kids would be given priority space/time to jump as I have experienced in the past when I hosted a party. The original email with invite was i or text and I need to wait for it to be corrected by Sky zone staff in order to send out invites. The amount charged was different than the amount I though I was paying from the on-line registration. I never received an invoice with an estimate prior to the party check out. There was not enough pizza. Luckily I ordered chicken fingers so the kids were not hungry. The concession prices for water were extremely expensive. There was no coffee for adults.

I was very satisfied with this experience. However, I feel like there could be more stuff. Also lower some of the prices.

We used Skyzone for my son's 7th birthday party. We had 25 kids there. I understand the need to allow extra time up front for people to check in, complete the waiver and put on socks - but asking us all to arrive 30 minutes early to then stand around for 20 minutes doing nothing while the kids grew impatient is absurd. There is no reason why we needed to arrive 30 minutes in advance. It is a waste of time and it is difficult to keep kids - especially little ones like 6 or 7 year olds - in line while they're waiting.
