The party room had flies, which leads me to believe it was not too clean. The sodas were "water down" awful. The pizza was small and didn't taste to great. The chicken nuggets I ordered were hard. One of my party members who's a kid, ran around the place trying to locate our party. In the future can an announcement be made so party members can meet their late guest.

I didn’t like that the party host did not stay with the kids during their hour of jumping. I would rather the party host take the kids from area to area so all the kids can stay together.

Concession stand is limited always looks empty, bathroom was not clean and members in a birthday party should go first and not waste time waiting on lines

Wish birthdays could be separated from open bounce or other patrons. Birthday party members should have top priority to the different areas.

Salad dressing was not available at the party, the 2 employees were too busy with kids to prep food for parents. There were no plates, forks, napkins available. I had to get everything from the cabinets. The kids were shoulder to shoulder and there was very little space for parents and kids of a large party. Little communication at the beginning of the party as to what the kids could do for the first half hour. I was running around trying to figure this out for them.

I ordered a Italian 3 foot Hero for the parents of my party and there was no meat on it. It's pretty embarrassing. party staff brought it to the attention of the manager. just letting you know for future. Maybe you should consider getting a new caterer.

Its a lot of money for only 1 hour of jump and only 40 minutes for food and cake felt rushed. Kids were asked to get their shoes on while cutting cake.

All of the party's belongings were not kept together so our host had to go looking for some personal items. Presents were left behind and I had to return the following day to retrieve them after no call back after reporting the missing gifts.
