I was very happy with my experience We had a large party of about 30 children that were 6 and under so to keep them waiting to get in during check in with no assistance was a bit stressful. Also half the hero we ordered was not correct. Other than that the party was great and everyone was very happy.

host should be more invloved with party during jump time, also if i am paying for party at least dodgeball should be reserved for party for 15 min so party does not have to wait or have exclusive jump zone, what is point of party if all paty goers have to wait to jump in every area like everyone else, at least have some designated time and zone for only partygoers to jump

I was told my party wouldn't be with the public however this wasn't the case and my party was jumping with the public for majority of the time and I wasn't happy about it.

The party was enjoyable. It was a long time from kids being dropped off/arrival to when they had food/drinks. I think having one water per guest as part of a package would be a good idea. Kids were super thirsty about an hour in after running around and jumping and I wasn’t going to spend additional money buying waters for the whole party

I thought for the money that party’s should get at least 2hr jump after spending $575. Was really disappointed in the amount of jump time and the fact my birthday child didn’t get her birthday t shirt she was promised.

I prefer a party experience in a venue or area of the that is not open to the general public. The fact that the children are given free reign all over the trampoline park makes it very difficult to watch them all and there is no sense of security for the guests of my party when the parents drop the child off. I would not do a party again.

For parties: 1) Check in should be just a signature, upon arrival. 2) Party assistant should be with party at all times, perhaps bringing them to different locations, not just kids running around all over the place. 3) More time in party room.

The party came with 3 pizzas and was not enough. A drink was spilled on the birthday boys pizza and there was no more so we paid over $700 for him to not eat
