The check in process was very easy, as was the planning portion. The managers were very helpful during both of these processes. The party hosts were also friendly.

I was disappointed that the monitor assigned to the large jump area repeatedly addressed the younger kids (3,4,5 year olds) about staying to one side of the area, in order not to mix with the bigger kids, however, when the bigger kids "invaded" the younger kids area, leaving no place for the younger kids to safely jump, the monitor didn't address the bigger kids. This is the 2nd year that happened. I understand the safety need to keep distance between the bigger kids & younger kids and i appreciate that- however when you tell the younger kids they have to stay in one area and can't go on the right side of the room, yet the bigger kids then take over the side where the younger kids are- it's unfair and doesn't allow the younger to jump- especially considering that their jump time is limited to an hour.

Our party “host” wasn’t that “active or energetic.” She didn’t really interact with the children nor the parents that much. It was a birthday party event, thus, some enthusiasm and interaction (besides serving the food and drinks) would have been nice from her. Also, my husband purchased a soda from the concession stand. I asked for a refill for the road, however, was refused. So, that wasn’t nice either. I would hope that after the money spent (we even ended up buying one more pizza pie on the day of), at least half refill would have been nice. But I must say, the manager, Nicole(?), was very nice, professional, and helped one of children feel at ease. She was also the one we reserved with a few days prior to the actual event. She was awesome!

woth The size of the party we had, we should have 2 hosts. My family and friends and I were helping her keep up with the kids requests.

Were told we had to wait 15min for our private dodgeball court that we paid for; we said ok. Never happened. We were not offered a discount or any other kind of compensation. Just went ignored as if they knew they could not accommodate us, even though it was part of the party package we paid for. Disappointing.

We were satisfied with the party. The digital invite needs to be improved upon once we completed it there was no way 2 save or share it so what the point of an invite you can’t share?
