The whole area was clean, well organized, and there were enough personnel working to answer questions. It was not overly crowded with.

Omar that was our party host for our son Bryce was the best and should be recognized for how well he is with the kids. They didn't stop laughing even the adults said how great the party was and how awesome he is at his job. I cannot commend him enough for the great time our son had. The only thing would be great is an extra 10 minutes to open presents that was the only awkward part people bring presents wanting to see them opened other than that overall great experience.

I was highly satisfied with the attentive staff that helped me check in and get all the kids ready to jump. I was impressed with with the cleanliness of the facility. I am so glad the place does not smell like sweat and feet odor. The party host Reese was excellent with the kids. Reese was very polite and easy going.

The kids were happy. Plenty of jump space. I liked that they set up but we did not get into bday room at the time given so it took our time in room away

Kids had fun. I didn’t have to entertain them.

I wish we can open presents during a birthday party. We should be given the option if we open them we have to take our own trash since that it probably the number one reason it it not aloud.

Sky Zone is a fun safe place for children to burn off their energy. As well as having staff that care about their customers safety. If you do a birthday party though definitely want Omar to be your host. He was awesome!

Overall service was very good, the hostess did a great job.

It was my first experience and everything was done with grace. I loved our host she was very attentive I just love the whole overall experience
