I felt my child’s birthday needs were all met. All my guest were happy and I felt comfortable in having to set up things for my son.

No one explained during check in we could start jumping right away. We lost almost 10 minutes jump time because of it. Adults were limited on what they could do and go. Birthday party set up could of been a little better. All my balloons were set in the one corner by the coats instead of being spread out to decorate the room better.

Well planning a party and picking the biggest package, I was a little disappointed that we only had one hour of jump time and only a measly 50min to somehow scarf down pizza and still sing and eat cake all in that time frame. A little ridiculous. Definitely felt rushed. Also, it definitely should of been two hours for jumping or at least offered a small fee to increase the play time and maybe a full hour or hour an a half to actually eat and conversate... On top of the assistances and help from the host and their team which was nice, it was a little over the top. I don’t mind help and assistance but to deny my guest from touching the food I paid for and brought in was very frustrating. I understand they want to help and serve us, but my guest can do that themselves. It was very off putting. Another thing that frustrated me was that part of the party deal was that we would get the dodge ball quart to play with my daughters whole party, that never happened either. So overall it was okay, but I definitely wouldn’t book again not for that price when we didn’t get the full feel and experience we were hoping for.

I was highly satisfied with everything except the pizza. The pizza that is served for the parties is not worth the price. The pizza paper thin/hard with hardly any topping at all. I ordered two cheese, one pepperoni, and one sausage. I didn't think the pizza would look the way they did - very disappointing, however everything else was great. Our party host Rebekkah did an excellent job. The girls at the front desk were also very helpful and kind. WE all had a great experience - The pizza was the only disappointing factor.

Our party hostess asked my 5 year old grand daughter about tik tok? Something about making a video with skyzone or whatever. I think that kind of question should be asked of a parent not a child that young or at all even as it is inappropriate. I also didn't like that the party guests had no access to water or drinks until in the party room. My guests had to purchase additional drinks for their kids, and then when paying that price children should have access to atleast water during the jump time.

it would be better if the birthday room was available while the children jump. Since the party and room are paid for, having somewhere to keep bags and coats and maybe quench the children's thirst would have been better bang for the buck and considerate, especially since there were many children under the age of 10 rather than having to wait around until the room is available. I understand it's so you have greater turn around and maybe make some money on the fuel zone but that would make the experience much better.

For an older child’s birthday party, I would have preferred a longer jump time and less party room time. I also feel like we should have access to the drinks in our party room during the jumping for hot and thirsty kids.

There were other parents being disgusting and gross dropping food all over the balcony and there was no one telling them not to. We were stepping on popcorn. I eventually told someone about it. Also I was not informed that my daughter couldn’t open her gifts during the party , and I wasn’t told until it was time for cake. I asked if she could do it really quick cuz I had told her she could. I was told no. Host was super professional and nice about it tho. I just think the rule can be broken if someone wasn’t informed prior.

The time in the party room was not enough. Things felt to rushes. When booking party thinhs that are allowed and not allowed were not fully explained.

Too crowded to enjoy all the features.
