The check in process was not very fluid, some of my guests were registered by one employee and while some of the other guests registered by another employee, making my total number of guests incorrect. At one point I was told my guest total was 12, then 8, while I knew we had 14. I ended up jumping to make the total 15 (we had prepaid for 20 jumper). Then at the end of our event, I was brought a receipt saying we actually had 23 jumpers and was being charged for the extra 3. Kind of disappointed with that because I was told the number was different at the beginning of the event. Also, we were never given a photo of our party guests and the gift bag for the birthday child. I have to make an extra trip to skyzone to pick it up. Our party attendant should have stayed at the check in process and completed our guests check ins, instead of going back and forth.

After we checked in we didn't have anyone there to tell us rules or what was going to happen. Once the time came to jump we just told the kids to go since no one came. Never met our assistant untill it was time to go to our room

The jump time was wonderful. In the party rooms (had two rooms due to the number of jumpers) it seemed understaffed. The girls there (one in each room) did a great job but there were times they got pulled to another room or could not be located to help with cupcakes/food/etc. They seemed overwhelmed. Also, we had 3 jumpers NOT show up due to illness and knew this at check in however we were still required to pay for 35 jumpers, not the 32 that were actually there.

I feel as though it was too rushed & we did not get to enjoy the time for the money spent to have it there

Dodge ball team member rudely told my son and his best friend they needed to be on separate teams, at HIS birthday party with no reasoning or explanation? He ended up crying and running off, another team member was kind and trying to help him when I caught up with him. My son didn’t want me to draw more attention to the situation which is why I did not talk to the rude team member although I wanted to. Whoever was “supervising” dodgeball 1 area on 11/16/2019 around 12:30-1PM was unnecessarily a huge jerk and ruined a good 15 minutes of my sons birthday party. He has sensory issues so I had to take him out of his own party to recover, got him a slushee at the fuel zone which took at least 5 minutes for someone to help me even though there were like 3 people behind the counter. All other employees were great.

Everything was great at the birthday party but the time to set up the room was not enough! I believe that the rooms should be given to parents during the entire jump time of the kids which is 1 hours! We had a lot to set up and were rushed to get everything done in 20 mins which wasnt enough time! But the team and everyone were amazing!

I feel the jump time could have been a little longer based on the price of the party .

Assistance Needed In The Party Room, Should Have Had a 2nd Helper To Engage Children & Help Serve Food & Drinks.

I was a bit upset that kids were checking into the party before I even arrived there was a sibling if one of the kids checked in witch made me have to pay for my own kids(bday boy) little sister really upsetting honestly I had already knew I was having to pay for 2 kids extra not 3 all because they checked in with out myself being there (traffic)

I must have missed it but I wish I would’ve known I could purchase time for the kids to jump longer than 1 hr.
