Ease of booking a party. Cleanliness. Friendly staff. “Peanut Butter” was extremely fun. The kids were laughing at him the whole time!

I dislike that we would have had to pay to jump alongside our children at my child’s birthday party, which we couldn’t have done anyway since there is a separation by age. Also we did not order enough food, which is my fault but it would have been great if it was explained how many people are usually fed with one pizza, etc.

The last time we attended a birthday the host was more outgoing and interactive with the kids. The guy was super goofy and though the girls did a great time, it just didn't match our previous experience.

The party hosts were great and one was super funny and provided extra party room entertainment for the kids but there was a line or two that I thought went too far. While he related to the kids by renaming the drinks silly names and calling the veggies "the nasty stuff" (which is all funny to kids and they were laughing) the "I just went to the bathroom and now I'm serving it to you" as he's pouring the drinks was a bit too far. I was embarrassed as I looked around the room and saw the reaction on some parents faces. Also the kids were encouraged to get loud and scream while singing Happy Birthday to my son that it was basically screeching and screaming happy birthday for his 6th birthday party. I was momentarily crushed as I was recording it. We've thrown several parties for our son's so what know what kids singing happy birthday sounds like and this was a level of awfulness encouraged by the host. I didn't pay almost $450.00 for that.

The price was pretty high for a seven year old's party. The best thing was the staff member who helped in the party room--she was great!

overall the experience was good. the kids had fun. the girl who was in charge of our party in the party room was not super responsive. i had to do a lot. drinks kept running out. the pizza was cold. i had to help with clean up as did other parents and i had to put candles on the cake and help her to light the candles. she didn't really engage the kids in any way. they did not use hand sanitizer before entering like other parties did. she didn't even really talk to the kids.

Our party jump time was interrupted because of an injured jumper who needed medical assistance and we had to clear the area. Our party room had cake smeared on the floor from the previous party. And the bathrooms were appalling.

The 20 - 12 year old boys I had would have much rather had more jump time than in the party room time. We also did not receive what I was told was the included water for each kid................. Yes, we could have paid more for more jump time but we should not have had too if there were time ratios such as 1.15 time to jump and only 35min. in the party room. The boys had way tooooo much time in the party room and then just made a mess. And nooooo water?!
