We attended my daughters friends birthday party last Friday night and the floor was very sticky, when we came back this weekend the floor was sticky in the same spots, obviously never cleaned! The announcements over the speaker system is extremely difficult to hear. I also think there should be more party packages available, 10/15 kids are not great options, my daughter has 13 kids in her class, cousins, sports friends, dance friends, etc. There should be larger options without having to pay $22 a person.

Our party room attendant instructed the guest children to get their coats and leave the party room at 8:40 when we were supposed to have it for 50 minutes. I t felt very rushed. It was very crowded as well as one hour was not enough jumping time given the wait times to jump. Otherwise, the children all had a blast!

Nice place, employees are friendly. My only real dissatisfaction. Is that the Pizza is rather disgusting. considering the prices for a party. And when a birthday party for a 9 year old is approaching 40 a head in pricing. Expectations are a little higher.
