I loved it

I called at the last minute for Skyzone to host a party for my son. The squeezed me in on a busy day and gave my son the best park possible. The Bethlehem, PA location has great employees that went above and beyond in every way possible.

It’s a great, clean fun place for the kids, my son had a blast celebrating his birthday at sky zone! We’ll be coming back soon, I was happy that they gave me the tickets for the kids that didn’t show up so I can use them soon and didn’t waste my money. Everyone is super friendly and did a great job from start to finish.

Besides the great customer service, the birthday hostess, Crystalis was a pleasure. She was super attentive and interactive with the kids. Definitely made the party room experience a great addition to the amazing time the kids had at Skyzone.

The sky zone employees at this location were all helpful and knowledgeable about the rules and party elements. They were organized and friendly while directing the children. The park was large enough to accommodate our party as well as many walk in guests. The party room and party host was well organized and smooth running to keep kids happy after an hour of jumping.

Our party host Rebekkah was amazing and friendly the entire time. The kids all had a great time. The facility was clean and the entire staffed seemed to be very cautious of CDC recommended guidelines for Covid-19 with their temp checks and sanitizer stations all throughout the facility.

Very appreciative for all the help the staff provided me. I had lost my wallet. I had multiple people helping me at different times, checking video tape. I was Very appreciative and found it at the end. Thankful for all of their help. Wish I knew all their names to mention.

The party assistant was extremely helpful and kept checking in with us when we were out in the court, as well as during the party. The staff was very pleasant, and the party flowed easily. The time of the party was not real busy, which allowed the kids to have more options to jump throughout the park.

The whole team was friendly and made the birthday party experience fun for the kids and easy for the parents
