Communication prior to the event was frequent and thorough. The birthday party assistant was very friendly and extremely helpful.

It was so nice that Skyzone took care of all the party room, serving, and hosting! I was able to enjoy the party with the kids rather then making sure everything was set up. Our host was great with the guests, very out going and funny!

My son had his 9th birthday there. We invited 10 kids. All of them were playing during the whole hour. There was very little wait time to join or play the activities.

It's very easy to host your kid's party. Just call or go online. The staff call to double check. Then I happen to always get friendly staff for check-in and to run the party room.

Planning the party was easy with you and I love the reminders you sent! When we got there everyone was very helpful and polite with helping me set things up. Then I loved how great everyone was with the kiddos when it was party time. The best part was not having to clean anything up!
