We had not done GLOW before. It was a big deal! Staff was helpful and all seemed to be having fun doing their jobs which is nice to see. It was super easy to host a party. The noise level was the only negative - it was super loud - but the staff having fun seemed to really make it awesome.

The staff was wonderful! Very kind and helpful! I appreciated all the communication with me prior to the party. Staff gave me advice over the phone. I was able to relax and enjoy my son’s day!

The kids had a great time. This is the key to any kids' birthday party, isn't it? As fa as I'm concerned, the girl that we had in the party room was awesome with the kids, making up games for them to play and tolerating a room full of 9-11 year olds with the patients of a pro.

The staff was very attentive in the party room. The manager was able to accommodate our guests that arrived late. My entire party had a lot of fun.

Charlie was so amazing! He even introduced me to Jimmy! My kids loved the entire place, we are def coming back again and bringing friends!!!

Very affordable for birthday parties especially on Groupon. That’s what keeps us comming back for birthdays as opposed to other places for birthday parties.

The team was very friendly and helpful. The manager was very attentive and helped with her our son when he had a meltdown. I will highly recommend this location to everyone.
