I was really satisfied with your customer service rep/cashier. She was very helpful.. As well as our part host. He was amazing with the kids serving the food I mean everything. He didn't even want the help cleaning up..I love it and will be back several times

Sky Zone employee Peanut Butter needs to be commended highly for his incredible Talent at creating fun and discussion during the party especially inside the party room. John Pomeroy, my boy, is autistic and has trouble initiating conversation as do his friends. Peanut Butter went Over and Beyond for my son and for that we will never forget him. He sat right down and he initiated conversation by telling stories and jokes and turned our small party that started in silence into a lifetime memorable event. Please recognize him and ensure a positive growth path for him in your organization.

Omar was AMAZING!!! He was attentive to the girls and kept them interested in what was happening in the party room. He was interactive and fun for the girls and the parents. He kept everything moving along at a steady pace without rushing anyone. He will be highly recommended to any friends who ask about Sky Zone.

the children had a great time and I'm so sorry I forgot his name, but the host in the party room was the best host we ever had at a party. We enjoyed it better than Bounce U where I had her party last year.

I had a wonderful time at Skyzone, the party reservation was easy and smooth. I had an excellent host that took care of everything with me. The kids had a blast and the party room was set up exactly how I imagined.

The ease of booking; employee had all information ready and available to answer my questions. The check in process was quick and efficient. The facility was clean, well staffed, and well maintained. Serena did a great job as hostess for our birthday party. Overall this was the easiest (and most fun) birthday party we have ever had!
