Scheduling the bday party was very easy and everything ran smoothly. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Kids all had a great time.

My son had a great birthday experience! All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Our host Omar was the best, friendly, engaging and helpful. We had a great time and will definitely go back!

There was no wait time to use the equipment. Omar was fantastic in the party room and he definitely made the party a success.

It is a lot of fun. The stall was very helpful and friendly, especially Omar!!! :) One of our guests had an injury but the staff was very sympathetic and eager to help in any way!!!

It was an easy fun party to plan. I was however disappointed I missed the free jumping all summer bonus by a week of booking the party.

We booked a birthday party for our son and daughter and Torri was fantastic every time I called to book and change things! Our kids always have a blast at SZ and so did all of their friends. I was pleased with the reminder emails and phone calls leading up to the party, as I am a busy working mom and often forget to call- Torri made it so easy!
