Excellent team. My host Omar was the best, he had everyone laugh. The team gave me the opportunity to organize the area before the people I invited got there.

Our party hostess Kristine was great - she was very pleasant and respectful. She made sure things flowed well and that the kids were having a good time.

Staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. The areas were clean with a range of activities for children of many ages, and the staff facilitated transitions to the party room and out very well.

Planning the party was easy. I had to use a different card for payment since they didn’t accept American Express online. The deposit was easy to submit and the contact was immediate.

Very convenient for a Birthday party. Kids always have fun. Easy for parents. No clean up or set up for parents.

Everyone was amazing and very helpful. I was not stressed about organizing the birthday party. The assistance in the party room was also very great and stress free! The kids all had a wonderful and fun time!
