We had several kids under the age of 6 and all of them had a blast. Paige was our party room helper and she was outstanding. The park was clean, the staff were alert and the kids were safe. I had many compliments on the birthday party. Great job!

Upon arrival a Manager greeted us with a helping hand to grab our cupcakes. At the party check in desk we reviewed all of our last minute party details. An employee made sure all the jumpers knew the rules and let our group jump a little early. The birthday jumper got hungry after 45 minutes and we were able to start the food a few minutes early. The hostess was very helpful and well spoken. Our family was very pleased with the value of the package per person. The facility was clean. Thank you for helping us celebrate our sons 5th birthday right!

We had an incident with my son while we were there and he had a nose bleed. The staff was amazing and so helpful! They gave my husband a free shirt due to being covered in blood and had someone handing us paper towels while we were cleaning up our son. SO PROFESSIONAL! We were so pleased at how great the staff was during this incident and the entire time! Thank you all so much!
