The only issue I had was the fact that I paid for 10 jumpers and only seven showed up. I felt like since I paid for 10 I should have got three job cards to use at a later date. That was very expensive for seven kids.

I was Highly Satisfied with my experience but clearly clicked on the wrong option. If there was a backup feature on this survey, I'd fix it.

I thought wed have the party room for the entire time of our party. We were thrown in with the general public and the kids weren't really able to spend time together or stay together. The parents were scattered. Because i didn't pay to jump but paid $300 for the party I had to watch and try to assist my 3 year old from a far.

The sky zone team members supervising where very rude to the kids when telling them they had to move to separate trampolines, etc. Also had an issue with my 1 yr old, they would not let me hold her and jump. They told me she had to jump by herself, she is 1, she cannot jump but wanted to play with the kids at the party. All of these rules should be explained before paying $500 for a birthday party. The kids were not able to fully enjoy and jump together. My party host was great, just recommend some more laid back rules especially when the parents are standing right their supervising the children!

Everyone was nice and friendly but the price is a little high for what you actually get. We enjoyed ourselves and would come back for an individual jump day but wouldn’t book a party or recommend a party.

Team members were arguing with one another at the back dodgeball court. They were negligent to the children on the court which is unsafe and caused longer wait times for the children waiting to play on the court. I addressed this issue with the manager. He allowed our birthday party group to jump for 20 extra minutes. And our group did utilize that extra 20 minutes. However, the same male employee who was involved with the arguing at the dodgeball court, yelled and was very rude to the children in our party group during that extra time...maybe because the jump time on the stickers didn't reflect the extra 20 minutes. Regardless, he was very rude to our group of 9-10 year olds...telling them their party was over and to leave. The children tried to explain that they were given extra jump time, but he continued to be rude. He left a lasting negative impression on the children and me. Definitely not a positive experience for a birthday child. He should not work around children! On a positive note, the check-in staff, party room attendant, and manager were very professional, polite, and helpful.
