All the staff were surprisingly friendly. Usually teens can be unfriendly, but you found some good ones!

Everything for the party was organized and I didn’t have to worry about anything as far as decorations and clean up. The team members ensured we had everything we needed.

I spoke with several different people leading up to the party and everyone I talked to was helpful and accommodating. The hostess during the party was fantastic!

Service was great, kids had a blast & everything that we forgot was provided for us.

My daughter’s birthday party was a success from start to finish. The associates, especially Paige, were very helpful, everything was organized, and the facility is very well maintained.

The staff were very friendly and everyone kept the party flowing smoothly. I will say the pizza ordering was a bit difficult but the staff did a good job of turning it around. With the amount of people I had to serve, we could have had a few more water and soda pitchers available as well.

Everyone had a great time. My kids loved the party. It was so easy I got to enjoy it also instead of doing all the serving.

My daughter loved her party and she and her friends had a great time.

It was very easy to bring in a group of kids and they had a blast! My only problem was that I gave the front desk my gifts for our guests and they were kept at the front desk instead of brought to our party room. I forgot about them until some of our guests had already left.

The SkyZone staff were helpful and attentive. They made check-in easy, they helped the kids have a blast while jumping, and they took care of everything in the party room. I was able to relax and enjoy the party and the kids has so much fun.
