The extreme air room was hot. Could use a much cooler temperature when large groups are in there, especially after jumping

The staff is always friendly, but given the amount of little kids we had in our party - I really appreciated their patience! Someone had a quick answer to every question. My baby had the best birthday ever (his words).

The people were amazing. The staff really make our experience the best. They played with the kids and kept them entertained. The party room helpers did everything and let myself and my husband enjoy our daughter's birthday.

This was the easiest party I have ever thrown and the girl assigned to my party was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and all my guests had a great time!

The employees were very helpful and very friendly! We had a lot of children in our party and our hostess was amazing the entire time! All of the kids had a blast!
