There were pieces that I did not like with the check in. We got there and had to Wait to figure out the process for getting checked in. Took a little longer and we had a large group. Jamil was excellent! He made things easy and kept we abreast of any changes. 5 stars from me and my son.

The entire process was veey easy. Our party host was super friendly and helpful when we needes her. We had a good amount of time in the party room to enjoy withouut rushing

The staff was very friendly and helpful- especially Nana and Chris. They took great care of us and made my son’s birthday a fun success. Our only disappointment was that the Warrior Zone was closed, but Chris did all he could to make that up to us.

Briana was our hostess and she was absolutely wonderful. Very friendly and so helpful. We loved her!

My kid enjoyed the place and as well my guests amazed with the place and food facility most of the guests are happy, I felt it was little expensive for large size party hosts like me jumped 62 jumpers in party other than that everything else looks excellent.
