The kids like to jump there. The people are nice. They like the different areas of the place.

Our birthday hostess was fantastic, we showed up a little too early but she was able to get every one settled and go on time. The pizza did show up a bit late but we opened presents instead making up for the time. Really happy overall with my experience here.

I appreciated the friendly and professional communication, at booking, the day before, and the day of my son's birthday party.

The staff is very friendly. I like the fact that the staff isn't super strict which allows the kids to have fun. There is lots of room and different options for the jumpers. It's great to let your kid run around and have fun.

Our party helper was fabulous! I could tell she had done this many times before, and she was also very polite. Our party room was a lot of fun, being on the upper floor. We could see some of our party attendees enjoying other areas when we were taking a "break" in the room. My son thanked me three times for the birthday party :)

The employees were very polite. The party host was knowleable and made sure the party was running smoothly. The kids had a great time.

The general manager at the manassas branch, Mr. Darren, did the impossible to accommodate my son's birthday. He was very friendly, highly professional, and he did everything he could to make the birthday a success. I'm coming back for other kid's b-day for sure! The staff at check in was very friendly and professional.

We have an annual pass and attend 3 to 4 times per month and have never had an issue. The Manager, Deron, is always available to make sure everything is running smoothly. Not really a complaint but a second staffer did not join our party in the room until it was almost over so there was a moderate wait for some help on occasion.

Considering what we paid we were expecting more or of the party room. I feel like I could have saved money by purchasing everyone some jump time and hosting the actual party myself.
