I did not feel like my son (birthday boy) was made to feel special. For example, he wasn't served food or cake first.

There were light bulbs flickering above some jump areas with insulation peeling off the ceiling. The party room floor was so sticky one of my guests flip flops almost broke and caused her to fall.

Everithing is good except food because we can order just cheese pizza and peperoni can be more better more food in the menu

The party host was great, she was helpful and more than enough. Her name was Kirsten! However when we first got there checking in was awful, Jordan and other check in team members were confused, frustrated with each other and taking the negative energy and frustration and reflecting it on visitors. Check in is highly unorganized, check in team members are rude/unprofessional and throughout the party and booked experience check in was the worst.

The kids had a great time. They were all exhausted by the time the party was over. Very clean facility. We had a great hostess.

1.Crowding out at check in zone, huge noise and messy instructions for kids’s Registration for birthday party. 2. Busy jumping fields and no separate smaller rooms for kids who came to a birthday party to jump together. 3. Lengthy payment procedure at exit- you stay in line together with people who came to jump. A separate service and register should be for payment sfter a birthday party. I waited for 30 minutes to pay!!!!

booked a birthday party and was told by the rep that my party room would be upstairs. It was not and nothing could be done at the time of the event to accommodate this. Also pre-purchased the party packs, which were to include a drawstring backpack, sunglasses, water bottle and a wristband. We received a paper bag with a plastic slinky, small foam football, a cup and a wristband. I was told that they ran out of the party packs and this was the best they could do. I did speak with a manager and she was kind enough to credit me an amount I felt appropriate considering the difference in what I purchased and received. Other than the wait times, which were unexpected, things went smoothly.

When we went to check in there were two different locations for birthday party check-in. After standing in line for 15 or so minutes we were informed that we should be at the other area that said party check-in. This was extremely confusing as the line I had chosen more closely match the reason we were there "birthday party". The other issue was that they did not get the previous party out of the party room we were in on time. The host I had was pushing at me to finish up on time, even though we did not get our room on time from the previous party. This is frustrating. I felt like I spent almost the entire birthday party rushing to get everything done because of someone else's mistake that was not mine. I was at the room at the designated time to set up for my party. Outside of those two issues everything went fairly well and the kids had a very enjoyable time.

Our birthday party Sky Zone host was a no-show to work for our party. So, we were provided someone else. He was very nice and tried his best, but I don’t think he’d ever helped with a party before. We waited for 30 minutes in the lobby before we could do anything. There wasn’t drinks in the room while we ate, and he demolished the cake because he didn’t use a knife. I felt like I did most of the work at the party when I was told I could just relax. This wasn’t the case.
