The staff was really good with the kids! They were super helpful with the birthday party with serving everyone and cutting the cake for me. Super helpful and polite! Thank you!!

It was good value for the money. Our party room staff was excellent and helpful. Kids had fun, my only suggestion would be to let them continue jumping when done in the party room.

Great service all around! Made the birthday party run a lot more smoothly, with less stress for me to do everything. I got to sit back and enjoy the party too.

This was our first time going, and we went there because the dropzone in sioux city didn't answer after repeated phone calls. The staff was extremely accomodating! They even waived the fee of a last minute add of 3 jumpers! Which was EXTREMELY appreciated!!! We will definitely be coming again and recommending this place!!!

Everything went smoothly and perfectly. We had a variety of ages in our group and they all had a great time. The staff was wonderful.

I really appreciated the quick responses when I ask questions about the birthday party packages and the follow up prior to us arriving. When we arrived the staff was very attentive and kind and responded to all the questions that we had. The gentleman who helped with the birthday party room was also great and always had a smile on his face!
