We felt that the party room time needs to be longer than 40 minutes, especially for younger children who take a little longer to eat/open gifts. My daughter didn’t get to enjoy her time in the party room, it was too rushed to get in, eat and get out.

One of our pizzas was the wrong topping. Took away drinks without any warning.

The music played was inappropriate for most, if not all, the children there that day. Songs about "unzipping pants" and "putting (things) in their mouth". I understand many kids these days listen to this music but no need to promote it for the ones that don't. There is another trampoline park here local that we will be looking into for next time considering the taste of music played at SkyZone. Otherwise, it was a fun time.

Brought ice cream and it was put in freezer which was nice but then I guess it was never brought out for people to have with their cake

Many younger members of our party were repeated nailed in the face during dodge ball on purpose by an older player and the court monitor did nothing to stop the repeated rule breaking.

Had a great time. $175 vs $200 for a party... and would book it for every kid

great birthday party

It was so busy, would have been nice to have a birthday party only line for check in and have given the kids their stickers at check in instead of waiting until 3 min before jump time and then running out and having people who had to wait til after jump time started to get a sticker.

Too many kids! It seemed dangerous!!!

I was suppose to get a call before party to confirm everything and I didn't.
