In the Dodge ball area the monitor allowed teenage boys to hit young kids in the face very hard with the balls.

40 mins in the party room was way too short. I don't know that I would book another party there as we were so rushed to get out of the room. They accommodated us with a table outside of the room. But wasnt large enough for the whole party.

Everything was great except for not enough time in the party room for eating, presents, and cake.

The first birthday party we booked, was phenomenal! How things worked, timing, etc. was explained in detail by our dedicated "host". This time, nothing. No smiles at check-in, no introduction by name of "host", no timeline laid out. There seemed to be minimal interaction once we were there. I had more interaction prior to the party with staff calling/emailing to confirm our party and lay out details this time around, and we REALLY appreciated the birthday upgrade to 30 extra minutes of jumping at no charge. Kids had fun; I just noticed the lack of hospitality while there!

The birthday party was for a 7 year old and friends. It was very stressfully trying to keep track of everyone. I did not feel comfortable not knowing where all the children were at all times as there was a door open (with no on standing by it) and the front door did not have anyone monitoring it either. It appeared that anyone could walk in and take a child.

It was very warm in the building, even for the people not jumping. Air should have been turned on

The overall experience was great! Our party host Sawyer was great and communicated well with us about everything and also made sure we were taken care of and had no other issues.

Workers not making people stay in line. would let kids jump in the foam pit over and over again without giving others a chance to jump.

I was overcharged which was identified by staff but nothing was done to correct the situation. There was a child not at the party that got counted and I paid for but their parent also paid for him. He was not part of the party
