For the birthday party the kids jumped for an hour and spent 30 minutes in the party room and then had another 30 minutes of nothing to do. It would be nice to either have a longer jump time or let them jump with any spare time they have after the party room. It seems like I paid for 30 minutes for absolutely nothing. Everything else was great. Your staff are always good hosts and great with the kids!

We don't participate in Dodgeball much, which takes up almost 40% of the usable area, so, in our opinion, that area could be smaller, which could make room for another game or two. That would give patrons even more options, that aren't necessarily trampoline-based, but still active, both mentally and physically.
