Everything was organized well except for a few hiccups! They forgot to give me nachos when I paid for it. $10 but it never named it to the party room. I hav ether receipt.

In the beginning it was difficult for me to reach a live person to book my party, but once it was booked and I spoke with Sabrina she was my to go to person. She explained everything and helped me set everything up! Staff was awesome the day of the party! I’m just dissatisfied with only having 40 min in the party room, it went by too fast and we rushed through eating, the cake and opening the gifts. I think that for the amount of money we are paying we should be allowed more time in the party room. Time flew and we missed taking pictures.

I believe the ease of having a birthday party there was easy! The kids had fun and the parents enjoyed watching their kids jump!

Makes a birthday party planning very easy for a parent. Kids have lots of fun and parents feel comfortable letting kids play on their own.

No stop activity and clean bathroom. The staffs are nice and helpful. However, we ordered 1 cheese and 2 pepperoni pizzas, the toppings were over cooked but edible. Thank you
