The price is too high. When more than two kids could not make due to sickness, the manager on the floor would not allow credits of the package for future use. The food orders are smaller than the portion described. But there is no means to add food order last minutes, leaving the guests not satisfied. All you can drink drinks are not available during jump time, when the kids need the drink the most.

I was satisfied. People were friendly and accommodating. My kids had a good birthday. Only complaint is that there wasn’t anything for my toddler to do. Sock sizes run a little small and checkin could have gone faster.

I did not like the fact that I could not bring in a case of water for my party. With the amount spent on a 7 year olds party, I’d expect to at least be able to take in my own water for guests. I also was not happy that it’s strict on the party room only being available from 3:00-3:40 yet there was no announcement made and I had to ask what room we were in and find the parents of my 30 jumpers to inform each and everyone of them myself.

The food was cold. I wish we had better pizza for the price I paid. Also the communication between call center and sky zone needs to be better. A lot of miss communication.

The toddler area was closed for some of my guest: I paid for them to use it, and they had no where to jump. The open jump seemed smaller also, due to construction that I did not know about before booking.

The check in was under the wrong name which didn’t allow guests who came in late to be entered. The allowance of guests to get in the park toke over 35 minutes and parents where not given wrist bands either. The entrance person yelled rudely at my parents.

We had an extra person who came that we needed to pay for. It was not the person who showed up last, but I ended up paying for the last person. The person at the counter asked my guest to pay. I said I was paying. Instead of letting my guest go off, she had to wait while I went and got my purse to pay. It was embarrassing and my guest felt like she was the one not expected instead of the person who came earlier with an extra guest.

1. Employees are not set up for success on court/jumping areas. (Eg. tools to be heard, microphone/megaphone, position set higher to show authority, etc) leading to cheating and no kids really understanding rules (eg dodgeball, joust area) 2. Due to NOT being set up for success on court/jumping area employees not as engaged/attentive to kids on court/jumping areas; teamed with other potential internal internal or personal issues that come with any business and it’s employees. 3. When checking in I had questions that front desk clerk could not answer; instead of onsite manager doing face to face with me, the front desk clerk had to go back and forth. (Maybe i’m too old school...) 4. Host was probably the best thing that was provided. Pay them more! Remove the “...Tipping is not included but encouraged.” speech that your company has endoctrinated into your employees. I had no problems tipping my host, AFTER witnessing her performance and efficiency; NOT because I was coerced to do so. Terrible business model in terms of repeat party planning for middle class any person with solid work ethic and values good service.
