We should have the option of bringing our own food for adults and others not part of the birthday party kids. Catering menu feeds 7-10 ppl and it was too pricey but if I only had 5 adults then I prefer to bring my own food at least. Dodgeball - there should be an option to allow Birthday party play once just with that group than combing with public and other party groups. My party kids didn’t like that.

I wish we had more time in our room. Late arrivals process was not easy or clear to guests.

I wish the room time was an hour. It would have been a lot easier and not so rushed.

The children enjoyed it and everything was taken care of pretty easily. The parents enjoyed not having to do much to entertain the children.

1) Check in process in cumbersome and inefficient. Missing T-shirt size, color, wait for socks. 2) Host was not available when guest arrived for checkin. Both host were on break. Should not have both host on break same time. 3) Drinks were not available in the room and was not refilled promptly

Overly crowded, they need to turn on the AC it smells like sweat and body Odor The lines were ridiculously long they need to hire more staff to assist

In my private party jump area in one area the padding was none Existent I let a team member on she went to touch it with her foot mind u she had shoes on n just walked away from it my niece later fall in this area n hurt her arm also the ladder area my son had waited in line 3 different times to try this on the third time he finally made it to the top when he pushed the button nothing happend it was broken when we asked a team member how long has it been down he said for a long time I said I was going to complain about it he said u should we let management know of this issue and nothing has been done about it smh my sone was so excited to make it to the top for nothing to happen what I paid for I few things should have been working better! The pizza was worse than a $5 little ceaser pizza tasted like cardboard smh the sandwich were drowned in mail on a few pieces I could have done better if I was allowed to bring in my own food

The kids had fun and that’s all that mattered.

We are highly satisfied with the organizing and the play area We did not like the pizza
