For the birthday party it would be helpful if there was an announcement over speaker to come to the party room instead of running around and looking for your party attendees.

Our party host were not friendly or helpfull...more rushing us when we were good on time in the party room. And we had to reminde her twice for our free passes for a future visit...we knew because we had my other son's birthday just a few months ago at the same sky zone. Kinda felt like she was trying to hold on to them. I asked her again at the last minute when we were all saying our goodbyes...and she handed them over.

My sons party ended up costing nearly 500 dollars for an hour of jump time and about 30 mins in his party room ,the seating/meeting area in the enterance had other people in it that were not in our party. We let the staff know and they ignored it . The pizza arrived late and was not fresh at all, which is sad considering you outsource the food but guests are not a allowed to bring outside food? the salad that we ordered was drowned in dressing and basically inedible. The value of the this place is terrible. Its dirty, stuffy,SMELLY, the food is bad and its overcrowded.One kid had a bloody nose due to the heat and started bleeding around all the kids . that's a HUGE health and safety issue!!!There's no seating area for parents and its even less accessible to my husband who's leg was in a cast. Enjoying our sons birthday was very difficult . Safe to say most likely we wont be back .

I booked a party, had planned for 16 jumpers so I was forced to upgrade. The day of the party one of my jumpers was not able to make it due to a parent having to work. I was not allowed to downgrade my package. This was out of my control and the manager was not willing to downgrade. This is a huge price jump in your party packages. When I originally booked my party I had the initial package, when they called me before my party I was told I had to upgrade. I think parents should be given the option to downgrade if for reasons out of their control one of their guests is not able to make it last minute. I mean the only difference in packages is the head count and pizzas.

I usually rate satisfied. Pizza was the only problem, over cooked and dry. Kayla, our host was great, very customer aware and considerate.
